Currently, orders are processed within 1-5 business days from the receipt of the invoice, if merchandise is in stock. Most items listed are kept in stock continuously.
Delivery Time: The delivery date of an order is approximately 3-7 business days from the date the order was shipped depending on the geographic location in respect to our company. . Holiday gift orders placed on or after NOVEMBER 1, 2008 until December 25, 2008, have an extended return/exchange request date of January 5, 2009 from date of original invoice. Holiday orders made after December 25 default back to original 15 day limit from date of invoice. All returns MUST be in original packaging, unused, and in sell-able condition deemed by our company to be considered for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable(unless proven to be a company error). Packages will NOT be accepted for return without a return authorization number.

with your name, invoice number, and the merchandise description you would like to exchange within 20 days from original invoice. (See holiday extension under returns.) Orders received after December 25 default back to 20 day exchange policy from date of invoice. A return authorization will be issued to you for the exchange, along with an order for your new item. If the new item exceeds the cost of the exchangeable item, you will be billed the difference plus shipping. If the new item is less than the cost of the exchangeable item, you will be issued a credit minus the shipping costs. Upon inspection of the merchandise received back for exchange in sell-able, unused condition, we will promptly reship the new merchandise you have requested. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs(unless deemed to be company error). Packages will NOT be accepted without our return authorization number.
